Information we collect

Name, email, mobile number, PAN, designation, institution, city, country and years of experience, supplied by you when registering. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

How we use it

To manage your registration and seat, issue receipts and confirmations, contact you about the workshop, and maintain payment records. PAN is collected for payment and accounting records only.

Storage and sharing

Registration records are held in a Google Sheet accessible only to the organisers. We do not sell your information. It is shared only with Razorpay (payment processing) and as required by law.

Fees, seats and cancellation

• Delegate fee ₹40,000 and Observer fee ₹20,000. GST is not applicable.
• Seats (10 delegates, 10 observers) are confirmed only after successful payment and are held for 15 minutes during checkout.
• Cancellation on or before December 16, 2026: 50% refund. After that date: no refund.
• Refunds are processed manually by the organisers to the original payment method.
• The organisers may change faculty or programme details where necessary.
